Trump & Pence v/ The world

Another week into the Trump administration and so far there has been a lot of controversial decisions being made by the current president. To say that his recent reforms has been received with an "unfavorable response" is a bit of an understatement. There has been nonstop protest in major cities across the countries with no end in sight. Untrustworthy and blatant responses from the Trump administration has caused media chaos. All in the past two weeks and among all of this the most problematic reform from the Trump administration has been his travel bans on five middle eastern countries including Yemen and other countries that are " producing terrorist " in Trump's opinion. If we remember the night that Trump ,somehow, was elected as the 45th president of the united states one of the promises that was given to the people was to reunite the citizens after such a polarizing election. Obviously the exact opposite happened , we are more segregated after the election than during it. This past week a judge decided that he did not want to support the outlandish immigration ban placed by the current president. In typical Trump fashion he responded on social media and other outlets attacking him and condemning him for not making the decision Trump wanted. What makes it worse is that trump is being backed by his vice president which is what is expected of any co leader but in this situation it would have been better for Pence to have never got involved or commented on the topic. What this situation does for the American people is create a division, either you're on the Trump side or against him. With all the protesting and tension it would be great if the president could show more unity and comradery. Do you agree with Pence's action and does Trump have the right to callout anyone who does not agree with his decisions.http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/pence-defends-trumps-attack-on-judge/ar-AAmDCp1?li=AA5a8k&ocid=spartanntp

  1. Trump's idea to make America safe is to put bans on middle eastern countries that are producing terrorist in Trump's opinion. we already know how this is unfair to those of non terrorist organizations and those of religion are being denied into the U.S. because of how they look and the assumptions being made from where they come from. Trump has businesses ties in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, and Egypt. is it fair to those people to have bans on some middle eastern regions and not all? and the places he is working in has Properties include golf courses in the United Arab Emirates and two luxury towers operating in Turkey. so what will happen to those regions when he is done with his business ties? will he just shut them down and place a ban on them too?

    1. So your saying is that Trump has a personal agenda beyond just trying to ban who he believes to be terrorist. I wouldn't put it past Trump to avoid countries that are profitable to and allow them to continue having access to American businesses. It's not fair to ban people who he sees as a threat when we having threats already on American soil but should Trump ban all middle Eastern travel to be justified.

  2. I believe Trump shouldn't have the right to bash anyone because he is president and is held to a higher standard. I also believe he should not have any ties with his business because it can be detrimental to our government. there are rumors that the places he did not ban the people from coming was where they was his hotels

    1. Well wether the rumors are true or not does his actions have a direct affect on our country on a social level. Banning certain immigrants would cause tension between refugees from those countries and Trump supporters especially since Trump doesn't even have support from his own cabinet so would it be better for the members of his administration to be more formal with him and show more unity or be openly defiant and cause more polarization within the country
